Seth Warnick is a junior double majoring in Asian Studies and Korean at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He has lived in South Korea and recently completed a semester abroad at Kyung Hee University in Suwon. He is interested in North Korean studies and hopes to work in the field of national defense. He is grateful for the opportunity to work with HRNK, and hopes to simultaneously improve his understanding of the North Korean state and work to promote effective policies that will result in an improved quality of life for the people of North Korea. He seeks to contribute his best efforts here as a research intern and gain foundational knowledge about Korea which he can rely on throughout his future career.

Internship Application

Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored. A minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week is preferred. Please upload your documents in the .doc format.
