Sabrina He studies International Relations and French at NYU. Moving from Montreal to Beijing to Vancouver to New York, she has grown fluent in English, Chinese, and French. Prior to HRNK, she worked in the fields of public relations, intellectual property rights, and immigration law. She is also the president of the International Relations Society at NYU. She was inspired to join HRNK after reading about former North Korean Yeonmi Park’s daunting journey to freedom. At HRNK, she hopes to spread awareness about human right abuses in North Korea on top of examining the intricate relationship between the U.S., China, North Korea, and South Korea. She looks to channel her experiences at HRNK toward a legal education in immigration law in order to partake in refugee settlement worldwide.
