He realizes the magnitude of the infringement upon human rights in North Korea. Not only people in North Korea, but also defectors in China. Fundamental change is needed to solve this problem.  As a member of HRNK, Kihoon hopes to learn more about North Korea, the people's lives, and human rights. He also wants to inform other people about North Korea and its human rights issues.
