Joseph Seliger

Research Intern

Joseph Seliger is a law student at Leipzig University in Germany. Growing up in South Korea sparked his interest in North Korean human rights, an interest further developed through reading Nothing to Envy by Barbara Demick and researching Korean unification for his Global Politics course in high school. Through his legal studies, he is developing a strong foundation in constitutional law and human rights.

As an intern at HRNK, he hopes to deepen his understanding of North Korean human rights issues, help the organization’s advocacy and gain practical experience in the field of human rights.
