Hyungjun Yu studies Political Science and Economics at the George Washington University. Prior to HRNK, he worked at the Center for a Free Cuba, focusing on human rights issues in Cuba. He has always been interested in the history of the Korean peninsula, particularly the devastating transition period that has divided the two Koreas. He is grateful to be given an opportunity to work at HRNK as he hopes to advance his interest and gain further knowledge and understanding of North Korea

Internship Application

Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored. A minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week is preferred. Please upload your documents in the .doc format.
