Hanmin Sohn is a first-year student at SungKyunKwan University Law School in Seoul, South Korea. He holds a B.A. in French Literature from Seoul National University, South Korea. He has a great interest in human rights and Korean politics, especially regarding North Korea. To get a better understanding of North Korea, he worked as an intern at the Institute for Peace and Unification Studies Seoul National University (IPUS) in 2015. He is currently leading the Public interest and Human Rights Law Association of SungKyunKwan University Law School, looking for ways to make people better aware of human rights issues. During his internship at HRNK, he hopes to deepen his understanding regarding human rights and North Korea.

Internship Application

Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored. A minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week is preferred. Please upload your documents in the .doc format.
