Research Intern
  • Summer 2020 - Summer 2020

Hala Anderson is a high school student who became interested in North Korea when she lived in South Korea during the height of tensions in 2017. She is interested in the United States’ relationship with both South and North Korea, and hopes to learn more about what the future of North Korea could look like and what can be done to ensure peace and stability on the peninsula. Through this internship, Hala would like to gain experience in and a deeper understanding of the fields of international relations and human rights. She is excited for the opportunity to intern at HRNK and to learn from such an expert team.
