Grace Lee is currently finishing her B.A. in Political Science and Media Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. She has had a passion for studying North Korea issues ever since she was in high school. She became particularly interested after tutoring North Korean refugees while studying abroad at Yonsei University in South Korea. To become more aware of the extent of the issues in North Korea, she has taken classes and done research on North Korea and its violations of human rights.
Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored.
