Dam Young Hong is pursuing a B.A. in Political Science from Kyung Hee University (KHU) in Korea. Dam Young recently studied in Pittsburg State University for two semesters as an exchange student. She worked as a reporter for an English language college newspaper called The University Life (TUL) for more than two years at KHU, covering issues related to North Korean human rights. She is looking forward to the opportunity to continue her research on this topic throughout her time at HRNK.

Internship Application

Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored. A minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week is preferred. Please upload your documents in the .doc format.
