Chloe Pulfer is an undergraduate student at the Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto, pursuing a specialization in Political Science and a minor in Contemporary Asian Studies at the Asian Institute. Both academically and of her own volition, she has had a keen interest in human rights, with a special interest in North Korean issues, as well as East Asian and Eastern European politics. Ms. Pulfer previously held the title of program coordinator at ALPHA Education in Toronto, where she was involved in critical analysis and re-education of WWII history in Asia. She also contributed to the recent research and investigation of war crimes at Unit 731 in and around Harbin, China. She hopes to further her knowledge on North Korean security apparatuses as well as Russo-Korean relations while at HRNK.
