Caitlin White is a Master's student at Georgetown University focusing on Conflict Resolution and Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies. She received a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Peace and Conflict Studies and a minor in Asian Studies.
During her gap year, she worked as a finance intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Shanghai and then in San Diego as a volunteer for an organization tutoring refugees to pass the U.S. citizenship test. Prior to interning for HRNK, Caitlin worked for the American Foreign Policy Council focusing on South Asia security and defense technologies, particularly armed drones. She also spent a year working as a research assistant for the Institute for the Study of International Migration focusing on a project to create an internationally recognized guidance on planned relocation in the context of climate change and natural disaster.
