Brian Delmolino is currently working toward his M.A. in International Affairs at American University’s School of International Service with a regional focus on East Asia and more specifically, the Korean Peninsula. His interest in North Korea stems from his undergraduate studies at Williams College, where he majored in Modern East Asian History, as well as years spent as a history teacher, during which time he taught courses on East Asian history and current events. Brian’s interests in North Korea include security related issues, Korean reunification, and human rights. He hopes that his time at HRNK will contribute to a stronger, more comprehensive understanding of North Korean issues and provide insight for future academic and professional development.
