Arim Jenny Kim is a third year undergraduate student at George Washington University. She is in the process of double majoring in Political Science and International Affairs with concentrations in Conflict Resolution and Asia. As her intended majors indicate, she has profound interests in global political issues, including the violations of international law by the North Korean government. Prior to her internship at HRNK, she interned at a senatorial campaign office in DC. In addition, she often volunteers for President Obama’s political campaign, Obama for America and is currently on the executive board for GWU Students for Barack Obama. She also has attended Yonsei University and hopes to study abroad again in the near future. Linguistically, she is proficient in English, Korean, and Thai.

Internship Application

Successful applicants will undergo a formal interview process before being offered an internship. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least 3 months prior to their anticipated start date. Internships are typically unpaid, but academic credit is honored. A minimum commitment of 20 working hours per week is preferred. Please upload your documents in the .doc format.
