북한인권위원회와 한미경제연구소, 국제한국학회는 2014년 연례 컨퍼런스를 공동주최합니다. 인권에 관한 패널 토론은 북한인권위원회 사무총장 그렉 스칼라튜에 의해 오전9시부터 11시 45분까지 진행됩니다. 참여할 패널과 주제는 다음과 같습니다. 로버타 코헨(북한인권위원회 공동 의장, 브루킹스연구소 비상임연구원)은  중국의 탈북자 강제북송에 관하여, 로버트 콜린스(“성분: 북한의 사회적 차별 체계” 저자)는 북한의 권력 계승 과정이 인권에 미치는 영향에 대해, 브루스 베크톨(안젤로 주립대학교)은 북한의 위법행위 확산의 영향에 대해 논의합니다. 토론에는 아만다 오(북한인권위원회)   백순(미국 노동부, 국제한국학회) 이코노미스트가 참여합니다.

This report is part of a comprehensive long-term project undertaken by HRNK to use satellite imagery to shed light on human suffering in the DPRK (more commonly known as North Korea) by monitoring activity at political prison and detention facilities throughout the nation. The Committee for Human Rights in North Korea (HRNK), a non-governmental organization based in Washington, D.C., has launched a report entitled North Korea: Imagery Analysis of Kyo-hwa-so No. 12, Jŏngŏ-ri - Update 3. The report methodology comprises satellite imagery analysis and former prisoner testimony.
